We Do Not Need to Fix Women, We Need to Fix the System

I have been fortunate so far in my career to work with some amazing physicians. In this piece, Dr. Mamta Swaroop and I share the major themes of the inaugural Women In Medicine Symposium. Dr. Swaroop is one of the most amazing physicians I have met thus far in my career, and I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to work with her on this conference. I look forward to many collaborations in the future.
