Vitamins are not necessarily something you should be taking to supplement your diet. Some can interact with your medications and aren’t strictly regulated. Some can be dangerous in excess. Talk to your dr if taking any supplements. Just because they say “all natural” that does not mean they are not good for you.

A blastomycosis outbreak in a paper mill in Michigan has people nervous. Blastomycosis is found in moist soil in areas in the Midwest and Southern parts of the country. Over 50% of people exposed don’t develop any symptoms. It does not spread through personal contact.
