Message from the Women in Medicine™ Summit: “Be the Change You Want to See”

Shikha Jain spent years navigating the sorts of barriers that many women in medicine face. And worrying that they were somehow her fault. When she talked to other women she discovered that their stories sounded exactly like hers. That was her inspiration for founding the Women in Medicine Summit, a community where women come together for support and networking. And leave feeling better about themselves.
